// Airports and Transportation

Dallas-Fort Worth has two major airports. DFW Airport, located 30 miles (50km) from the hotel, is one of the world’s largest and busiest airports with nonstop flights to many domestic and international cities. Dallas Love Field (DAL), located 35 miles (56km) from the hotel, is primarily served by Southwest Airlines.

While transportation from the airport to the hotel can be pre-arranged with a limo service, taxis and ride-share companies (Uber and Lyft) are the easiest and cheapest methods of transportation within the city. A taxi from the airports to the hotel should cost around $60-70; Uber/Lyft are about $40-50. It is about 40-60 minutes from either airport to the hotel, depending on traffic. Public transportation is not practical in Dallas-Fort Worth.

// Registration/Information Desk

The registration and information desk is located on the second floor of the hotel in the Post Oak Foyer.

The dress code is business or cocktail attire for the opening and closing receptions/dinners, business casual for conference sessions, and casual with walking shoes for Wednesday’s excursion.
